1.1. Product introduction
The binary gas mixer can mix the two gases accurately and evenly according to the proportion required by users, and continuously output the mixed gases. The concentration value of the mixture can be displayed in real time by a high-precision gas concentration analyzer.
It can be widely used in food fresh-keeping, disinfection and sterilization mixture, electronic mixture, electric light source mixture, medical and biological research, purification and smelting of precious metals and other occasions.
1.2. Technical Principle of Mixing
Firstly, the equipment will need mixed A and B gases to enter the pressure stabilization control unit for pressure balancing adjustment. Under the condition of equal pressure, the equipment will mix accurately through the mixed proportional control valve. Finally, the ideal mixed gas will be continuously output through the flow and pressure control unit.
