System overview

The pressure, liquid level, and vacuum status of the gas station storage tanks can be monitored by the storage tank remote monitoring and gas distribution system, and implement mobile phone SMS alarms for abnormal storage tanks. It can monitor gas consumption of the customer, timely supply and distribution. Main functions: Real-time monitoring of the pressure, liquid level, vacuum and other status of the storage tank, alarm for abnormal state of the storage tank, regular maintenance reminder of the storage tank, reminder of the lack of gas in the storage tank, so that the storage tank can be supplied in time to ensure customers gas supply. The distribution fleet management facilitates the distribution and scheduling of gas companies. Multi-dimensional data statistics and report processing capabilities effectively support the operation analysis of gas companies. Flexible authority configuration and user management, and support group multi-department, multi-regional user use.

System composition

Monitoring Center: computer, storage tank monitoring and gas distribution system. 

Communication network: communication network platform based on Mobile and Telecommobile. 

RTU: acquisition flowmeter, 4-20mA differential flowmeter and pressure controller signal transmitted  to monitor center through GPRS network. 

Measuring instrument: 4-20mA differential flowmeter, pressure transmitter or other RS485 communication.

Software introduction

1. Use GPRS transmission method and central software communication;

2. The monitoring center system software adopts Microsoft Windows platform, Chinese interface;

3. The main screen displays various quantities in list form, including storage tank capacity, tank level, tank pressure, etc.;

4. Each interface can display the current status information of the storage tank, customer name, address, contact person, telephone, storage tank capacity, tank body level, tank body pressure, flow, temperature, collection time interval, historical trend graph, etc. ;

5. Liquid level lower limit alarm processing: After the monitoring center collects the data, it will automatically update the data. When there is an alarm, the corresponding storage tank list will produce a color change and the computer motherboard buzzer alarm prompt;

6. With report data export function.
