MAP-532 designed specifically for food and pharmaceutical industries allows simultaneous detection of oxygen and carbon dioxide in gas-modulated packaging. It can be applied to almost all food industries and parts of pharmaceutical industries. This product is very suitable for gas modified atmosphere packaging lines supermarkets and laboratories for rapid and accurate detection of gas modified atmosphere packaging products.
MAP-532 can measure the content of O2/CO2 very quickly in a few seconds, and it is quite easy to use, without adjusting the flow rate, without temperature compensation, and without considering cross-sensitivity and other technical factors.

1.4. Working principle
Oxygen
The O2 sensor uses an electrochemical oxygen sensor. The working principle of this sensor is similar to that of a battery. When gas passes through the sensor, it can generate a current corresponding to the gas concentration. The current value can be converted into a concentration value and displayed on the display. The sensor has outstanding strength and stability, high accuracy of reading repeatability, and extremely fast response speed. Even if the oxygen concentration is high, it will not have saturation problems, so the MAP-532 has a very wide range of applications, with a range of 0-99.9%, and the display accuracy is extremely high. In addition, it is still very good in terms of speed and accuracy.
Carbon dioxide
CO2 sensor is an independent non-dispersive infrared sensor equipped with infrared light source and single wavelength filter. This sensor is a whole without active parts ,so it’s structures are very strong. The range of sensor is 0-99.9%. it need to be calibrated once every six months and readings are not affected by humidity or temperature.
