1.1. Product introduction
Manual ternary gas mixer can mix three kinds of gases accurately and evenly according to the proportion required by users, and continuously and steadily output the mixed gases. The concentration value of the mixture can be displayed in real time by a high-precision gas concentration analyzer.
It can be widely used in food fresh-keeping, disinfection and sterilization mixture, electronic mixture, electric light source mixture, medical and biological research, purification and smelting of precious metals and other occasions.
1.2. Technical Principle of Mixing
Mixer first needs mixed A, B and C gases to enter the pressure stabilization control unit for pressure balancing adjustment. Under the condition of equal pressure, the mixture is precisely proportioned by the mixed proportional control valve. Finally, the ideal mixture gas is obtained through the continuous output of the pressure control unit.
