1.1. Product introduction
High-pressure proportional mixing cabinet can mix binary and ternary gases accurately and evenly according to the proportion required by users, and continuously and steadily output the mixed gases, and display the concentration value of the ratio in real time through high-precision gas concentration analyzer.
It can be widely used in welding, air-conditioned food preservation, disinfection and sterilization mixture, electronic mixture, electric light source mixture, medical and biological research, purification and smelting of precious metals and other occasions.
1.2. Technical Principle of Mixing
The equipment first needs two or three mixed gases to be adjusted by pressure equalization in the pressure stabilization control unit. Under the condition of equal pressure, the equipment mixes precisely by mixing proportional control valve. Finally, the ideal mixed gases can be obtained through continuous output of flow and pressure control unit.
